How to Enter: All individuals submitting answers to FCB Banks’ Curious Case of the New Website Contest at contest@fcbbanks.com will automatically be entered to win a $250 MasterCard Gift Card. FCB Banks will randomly draw one winner from all correctly completed entries received. Limited to one entry per person. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not enhance odds of winning. Individuals may also enter by mailing their name, age, mailing address, and phone number to FCB Banks: The Curious Case of the New Website Contest, 2610 N. Illinois St., Swansea, IL 62226.
Time Period: The Curious Case of the New Website Contest begins on January 22, 2015 and ends at 11:59 pm CST March 20, 2015. Mailed entries must be received by the close of business on March 20, 2015. FCB Banks is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
Eligibility: The Contest is open to all legal residents of the states of Illinois and Missouri, 18 years of age or older. Employees of FCB Banks, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and any immediate family members of such employees (defined as living in the same household) are not eligible to enter. By participating, entrant agrees to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges and FCB Banks, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Void where prohibited by law, rule, regulation or ordinance.
Prizes: The winner of the $250 MasterCard Gift Card will be randomly drawn from all correctly completed entries and awarded to one winner. No substitute cash prizes will be given and FCB Banks reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value in its sole discretion if the prizes are unavailable. Prizes are not transferable. Federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses relating to the acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Receipt of Prize: The winner must verify eligibility to FCB Banks within five (5) business days of notification and execute any release of liability, eligibility, or other forms requested by FCB Banks or the prize will be forfeited. In the event the prize is forfeited, an alternate winner will be randomly drawn from the original pool of completed entries. Winner grants FCB Banks the right to use and publish his or her proper name and likeness in connection with the promotion with no additional compensation due winner, unless otherwise prohibited by law. FCB Banks is not responsible and accepts no liability for injury, harm, loss, or damages of any kind resulting from the acceptance, receipt, or use of any prize. By accepting the prize, winner further agrees to indemnify and hold FCB Banks, its subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents harmless for any liability to any third party in connection with the Contest or the receipt or use of the prize, or from winner's participation in the Contest.
Cancellation: If for any reason beyond the control of FCB Banks the Contest is unable to be held, or for any cause affecting the Contest operability, fairness, integrity, or accuracy, FCB Banks reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest without notice.
